“This was my first time renting a car from this company, and overall I had a very good experience. The service was great, everything was clear and straightforward, and the money was refunded within two days after returning the car. I would definitely recommend them! The only small disappointment was that I had originally requested an Alfa Romeo Giulia from the Premium group. However, I was informed that a credit card was required for the deposit, as they could not take the deposit from a debit card. In the end, I received a Renault instead of the Alfa Romeo. Overall, a positive experience and good service!”

“Shocking slow when collecting the car, not helpful and very unprofessional, 4 of them gossiping around a desk and customers waiting. Didn’t get the car I ordered, when we got it was covered in scrapes and dents almost embarrassing to be seen in. Safety features on the car not working, needed a service 50km after we left the airport and air-con musty and not great. Bad smell in the car from the first day, explained to lady at desk and told me she can cancel and refund if I want, again not help, and snatched my rental agreement papers off me. I took them back. Left the car back full, as requested within 10km of airport (6km to be exact) and they charged me 24 euro for fuel charges. Charged €50 as a “smoking fine” but no evidence of smoking in car, lady that was checking the car same one who was rude when collected the car to begin rental. No attempt to be nice, no manners, no professionalism and cars way below the standard hence why they are cheaper. DO NOT GO HERE. Seems like a good deal, but as most, it’s too good to be true. The fake hidden costs add up to more than the price of a rental from a reputable company like SIXT.”

“I rented a car for a week through Booking.com for an incredibly low price. The only extra I purchased was the full insurance through Booking for €40 because RecordGo wanted around €200 for their own coverage. Of course, they tried to sell me their insurance and warned me about how much I could end up paying if something happened, but I didn't fall for it. I took care of the car as if it were my own. Before returning it, I vacuumed it for €2 and gave it a quick wash for another €2. I also filled the tank up near the airport as instructed and kept the fuel receipt. At the airport, an employee was waiting to collect the car, and I was honestly pleasantly surprised. Nobody inspected it with a flashlight or looked for tiny scratches everywhere. He noticed a few water marks from the regular wash but said everything was fine. He checked the fuel receipt and that was it. A few minutes later, I received the fuel refund in my account, and the deposit was released the very next day, even though they tell you it can take up to 30 days. At first, I was a bit stressed because of some of the reviews I had read, but in the end, it turned out to be a very positive experience.”

“Everything went pretty smooth. The car collection and return is located inside the airport, which is incredibly convenient. Rofael was friendly and communicative. Even though I’m driving relatively safe I would recommend taking full insurance in order not to have a headache. The fuel tank must be full on the return day . I have just read a couple of reviews from every rental on place and I guess that this is where mostly problem is coming from. The car itself was Toyota Corolla hybrid, pretty fuel efficient, enough space in the boot. Before pick up, It was scratched at some places, but this why you need to take photoes at the beginning or just simply take the full insurance. To be honest, I would consider RecordGo next time again. The only minor issue that they do not respond on the phone, nor email. I am waiting for the Invoice for around a month already, though several reminders were sent.”
